# WebPros Nova > Welcome to the WebPros Nova documentation site. Base URL: / Generated: 2026-10-08 --- ## [Add Nova Experience to Your Customer Portal](/en/partners/integration-guides/add-nova-experience-to-your-customer-portal/) To connect a customer portal to a Nova cPanel & WHM server: embed a Nova Prompt widget, then use WHM API 1's createacct and create_user_session functions to create the cPanel account, generate a one-time login session carrying the user's prompt, and redirect into the Nova Prompt interface. create_user_session requires a base64-encoded promptToken (max 5000 decoded characters) and the cpaneld service. WHMCS billing customers can instead use the official Nova Experience on cPanel provisioning module, which includes a preconfigured landing page. ## [Nova for Partners](/en/partners/getting-started/nova-for-partners/) Nova reaches hosting customers three ways on cPanel & WHM: Nova Experience, where customers log in directly and never see cPanel, plus Nova and Nova for WordPress® in cPanel Meridian, which share one credit pool per cPanel account. Nova projects stay editable in Nova after publishing; Nova for WordPress sites are edited in WordPress. Nova Experience requires cPanel & WHM version 134 or later, and the cPanel Meridian options require 138 or later. Nova is also available in WebPros Cloud, with webhook and Partner Rebuild API integrations. ## [Offer Nova Experience in cPanel](/en/partners/cpanel/offer-nova-experience-in-cpanel/) Nova Experience setup in WHM requires a Nova license, cPanel & WHM version 134 or later, and a valid hostname SSL certificate. Lists the required and optional features for a feature list (or the __default_nova preset), the package tier setting, and the Max Addon Domains limit on published projects. Packages can be assigned only at account creation and give no cPanel interface access, unlike Nova in cPanel Meridian. Includes WHM API 1 commands for each step. ## [Offer Nova in WebPros Cloud](/en/partners/webpros-cloud/offer-nova-in-webpros-cloud/) WebPros Cloud lets hosting companies offer Nova without managing their own server, either through direct WebPros Cloud integration or through WHMCS billing using the WebPros Partner Module. The Partner Module auto-provisions each customer's Nova license on order and supports single sign-on, so customers can log in to Nova directly from the WHMCS Client Area without a separate username or password. ## [Welcome to Nova](/en/welcome/welcome-to-nova/) WebPros Nova is an agentic AI creation tool for websites, landing pages, web applications, and WordPress® sites, requiring no coding or design experience. Users describe a project in a prompt, choose Agent Mode or Plan Mode to build directly or review a plan first, and Nova generates a fully functional result that users refine using Chat, Edit Mode, Code Editor, Connections, Image Generation, and other tools before publishing to a custom domain. Target users include small businesses, founders, marketing teams, agencies, and technical users. ## [Billing and AI Credits](/en/welcome/billing-and-ai-credits/) WebPros Nova bills across five plan tiers: Free (3 credits, 1 project, no publishing and no code editor) and the paid tiers Start (15), Build (35), Grow (85), and Scale (200), which include unlimited projects. Each completed AI build costs 1 credit. Paid credits refresh monthly and do not roll over, while Free plan credits do not reset. Hosting providers assign plans, bill them as a flat monthly subscription, and handle upgrades. The Account Menu shows remaining credits, refresh dates, and usage history. ## [Nova Partner Dashboard](/en/partners/getting-started/nova-partner-dashboard/) The Nova Partner Dashboard has six sections: Analytics, Users, Projects, Feedback, Branding, and Developer. Analytics tracks total users, projects, and AI credit usage with time series charts and a plan breakdown. Users, Projects, and Feedback list and filter individual accounts, projects, and submitted feedback messages. Branding sets theme colors, gradients, names, and login, upgrade, and domain purchase URLs, and covers requesting a custom domain to move the builder off nova.webpros.com onto an address the partner owns. Developer configures backend region, webhook settings, and the Partner Rebuild API key used to authenticate rebuild requests. ## [Nova Prompt Widget Integration Guide](/en/partners/integration-guides/nova-prompt-widget-integration-guide/) The Nova Prompt widget embeds an agentic AI prompt interface on a partner website using a hosted CSS and JavaScript bundle, pinned to a specific version for production instead of latest. Required configuration is a target container and an onSend handler; optional settings include custom UI text, example prompts, placeholder text, base64 encoding of the submitted prompt, and a pre-submit validation hook. Appearance is customizable through CSS variables, and an ES module build is available as an alternative to the UMD bundle. ## [Offer Nova in cPanel Meridian](/en/partners/cpanel/offer-nova-in-cpanel-meridian/) Nova and Nova for WordPress® reach cPanel Meridian customers from the onboarding flow or the Website Builder section, and both need cPanel & WHM version 138 or later. Nova builds React projects that stay editable in Nova; Nova for WordPress builds Gutenberg sites that customers edit in WordPress after publishing. Setup takes a feature list enabling addondomains, apitokens, mysql, redirects and subdomains, plus wp-toolkit for WordPress, then a standard package with cPanel Theme set to meridian. Both share one credit pool per account. ## [How to Create a Website](/en/welcome/how-to-create-a-website/) Step-by-step tutorial for creating a website with WebPros Nova: describe the site in a prompt (includes a bakery example), click Start Building in Agent Mode (or switch to Plan Mode to review a plan first) to generate page structure, navigation, content, and styles, then refine using Chat, Edit Previous Prompts, and element-level editing before publishing. Covers marketing websites, landing pages, brochure sites, and digital portfolios. ## [How WebPros Bills for Nova](/en/partners/getting-started/how-webpros-bills-for-nova/) Opens with a five-row comparison table of the two billing models. Nova on cPanel charges come from two values Manage2 multiplies: total account days (the accounts on a plan each day, summed across the cycle) and a fixed daily rate, worked through an example of 30 accounts over 10 days accruing 300 account days. Nova on WebPros Cloud charges a fixed monthly fee per license across the Start, Build, Grow, and Scale tiers. Names the 16th-to-15th cycle invoiced on the cPanel license invoice, the Manage2 Billing Summary and Usage Details pages, and per-model cancellation rules. ## [Pass a Customer Prompt into cPanel Meridian](/en/partners/integration-guides/pass-a-customer-prompt-into-cpanel-meridian/) Two methods carry a hoster-supplied prompt to Nova in cPanel Meridian. WHM API 1's create_user_session takes user, service, and promptToken, and the prompt reaches whichever Nova or Nova for WordPress® card the customer opens first. UAPI's WPX::create_nova_for_wordpress_website takes domain and promptToken and returns a magic_link. Both require a base64-encoded value under 5000 decoded characters. A prompt on the launch call takes precedence. ## [How to Create a Web Application](/en/welcome/how-to-create-a-web-application/) Step-by-step tutorial for creating a web application with WebPros Nova: describe the app in a prompt (includes a bakery inventory management example), click Start Building in Agent Mode (or switch to Plan Mode to review a plan first) to generate interface design, database structure, and core functionality, then refine using Chat, Edit Previous Prompts, and element-level editing before publishing. Covers SaaS products, internal tools, and dashboards. ## [Use the Nova Experience on cPanel Module in WHMCS](/en/partners/integration-guides/use-the-whmcs-nova-experience-on-cpanel-module/) The Nova Experience on cPanel WHMCS module installs into modules/servers/nova/ and optionally adds a Nova landing page by copying nova.php and nova.tpl into the store. Selling Nova requires a Nova server, a product group, and products for the Free, Nova Start, Nova Build, Nova Grow, and Nova Scale plans, with reCAPTCHA or hCaptcha enabled. nova_config.json sets the required freeProductId and groupId keys, and the Nova Partner Dashboard's upgrade URL must point to the store's nova.php endpoint. ## [How to Create a WordPress Site](/en/welcome/how-to-create-a-wordpress-site/) Nova for WordPress® builds a WordPress site from a prompt for cPanel customers, who open it from the Nova for WordPress option when adding a website or from Build with Nova for WordPress in the Website Builder section. Nova asks clarifying questions, then generates the pages, navigation, starter content, and style direction, saving progress so a build can be resumed. Publishing sends the WordPress site to the customer's domain, after which it is managed in the standard WordPress editor rather than edited with Nova. ## [Use the Partner Rebuild API](/en/partners/integration-guides/use-the-partner-rebuild-api/) The WebPros Nova Partner Rebuild API lets cPanel partners submit an existing website URL to Nova and start an asynchronous site recreation process. Partners authenticate with X-Partner-Id and X-API-Key headers, POST to /api/integration/partners/cpanel/rebuilds with a sourceUrl and optional prompt, and receive a partner_project_rebuild_completed webhook callback when the rebuild finishes. Requests are idempotent per partner and source URL. Rate limit: 30 requests per hour per partner by default. Available to cPanel partners only; requires the Partner Rebuild API feature flag enabled by WebPros. ## [Prompting Best Practices](/en/welcome/prompting-best-practices/) Five techniques for writing WebPros Nova prompts that produce accurate first-draft results: use the Improve Prompt button to add structure automatically; define what you're building by specifying description, user actions, and UI components; describe your audience by role, context, and goal; set visual style with tone, layout, and platform constraints; and use real or realistic content instead of placeholders. Includes before/after prompt examples for each technique. ## [Webhooks](/en/partners/integration-guides/webhooks/) WebPros Nova webhooks deliver real-time HTTP POST event notifications to a partner-registered HTTPS endpoint. Supported events: signed_up, build_completed, build_failed, domain_connected, project_published, out_of_credits. Each request includes X-API-Key and X-Signature-SHA256 (HMAC-SHA256) headers for authentication and an Idempotency-Key for deduplication. JSON payload includes user_name, user_email, credit_used, total_projects, published_projects, last_login, last_build, free_or_paid, paid_plan_name, and has_connected_domain. Retry schedule: 30s, 1m, 2m on 5xx errors; 4xx responses are not retried. Configure in Partner Dashboard > Developer > Webhooks. ## [Getting started](/en/features/create/getting-started/) Overview of WebPros Nova's core build workflow: enter an idea in the prompt box, choose Agent Mode or Plan Mode from the chat mode selector, then click Start Building or approve Nova's plan to generate a first draft, review in the preview panel, and refine with prompts and tools. Available refinement tools include Improve Prompt, Project Instructions, File Attachments, Image Generation, Voice to Text, Edit Previous Prompt, Edit Mode, Code Editor, and Website Publishing. ## [Project Instructions](/en/features/create/project-instructions/) Project Instructions set persistent rules that WebPros Nova applies to every prompt within a website or web app project. Rules have higher priority than individual prompts. Common uses: enforcing tone of voice, coding styles, framework preferences, and design constraints. Add via the plus icon in the prompt box or Manage > Instructions. Each project has its own independent instruction set, which can be edited or reset at any time. ## [Agent Mode](/en/features/create/agent-mode/) Agent Mode is Nova's default chat mode for building or modifying websites and web apps directly from a prompt with no separate planning step. Users enable it via the chat mode selector and click Start Building. The page covers using Improve Prompt for more specific results, troubleshooting scenarios including out of credits or project results not matching expectations, and options to reply in chat, refine the prompt, or switch to Plan Mode. ## [Plan Mode](/en/features/create/plan-mode/) Plan Mode is a Nova chat mode that generates a structured implementation plan from a prompt and waits for user approval before building. Nova may ask clarifying questions first, each with a recommended answer auto-selected after 10 minutes. The page covers plan review and expansion, revision via the Revise button or chat (costing 1 credit per revision), and plan section types including Scope Summary, Assumptions, Key Features, Pages or Screens, Content and Assets, Inputs and Constraints, Implementation Approach, Risks and Edge Cases, and Follow-ups. ## [Edit Mode](/en/features/design/edit-mode/) Edit Mode enables element-level editing of a WebPros Nova website or web app project without regenerating the whole page. Not available while Plan Mode is selected in the chat mode selector. It requires Agent Mode. Select any element in the preview to open a contextual style panel and a scoped chat input. Adjustable properties: image replacement, spacing (margin/padding), typography (size, weight, alignment), colors (text and background), and miscellaneous (shadow, opacity, border radius). Changes apply only to the selected element. Use for precise visual tweaks; use Chat for broad structural changes. ## [Favorite Projects](/en/features/optimize/add-project-to-favorites/) Favorite Projects is a WebPros Nova feature that lets users star website and web app projects in the Your Projects section for quick access. Click the grey star icon to add a project to Favorites (turns purple); click the purple star to remove it. Filter the Your Projects list to show only favorited projects using the Search or filter projects dropdown. ## [Web Research](/en/features/create/web-research/) Web Research provides two tools WebPros Nova selects automatically to pull live web information into website and web app projects. Web Search triggers on research-style questions with no URL: Nova queries the web, finds up to 10 matching pages, and summarizes the results. It does not verify accuracy. Web Fetch triggers when a URL is included in the prompt: Nova retrieves and processes that specific page. It cannot access login-protected or paywalled pages. Both tools persist their results in the conversation context for follow-up use. ## [Improve Prompt](/en/features/create/improve-prompt/) Improve Prompt rewrites a user's draft prompt with stronger structure, clearer requirements, and more specific outcomes before WebPros Nova website or web app generation. Activated via the Improve Prompt button in the prompt toolbar. Each use replaces the current prompt text, and the original cannot be recovered. Review the rewritten prompt carefully before submitting: Nova may make incorrect assumptions or change the original intent. Can be applied multiple times for further refinement. ## [Edit Previous Prompt](/en/features/create/edit-previous-prompt/) Edit Previous Prompt is a WebPros Nova feature that lets users revise any earlier prompt in a website or web app project and regenerate from that point forward. Editing a prompt permanently removes all subsequent prompts and responses. Per-prompt menu actions include Edit, Hide from context (removes from AI memory without deleting), Restore (reverts project to that prompt's state), and Copy. Copy critical content before regenerating. ## [Image Generation](/en/features/create/image-generation/) Image Generation creates custom AI images from text prompts within a WebPros Nova website or web app project. Generated images are saved to the project's Assets section and the Code Editor under public/generated. Images can be repositioned and restyled in Edit Mode, reused by referencing them in a prompt, replaced with newer versions, or used as the visual foundation for branding and layout. Nova cannot edit the pixel content of a generated image. Do not generate copyrighted works, real people without permission, or prohibited content. ## [Code Editor](/en/features/design/code-editor/) The WebPros Nova Code Editor gives direct access to all website or web app project files with syntax highlighting. Users can browse the file tree, search files by name or full-text content, edit code directly, and reference open files in a Nova chat for AI-assisted edits. Changes are not auto-saved. Click Save to persist or Reset to discard. Best used for targeted technical changes after AI generation; use Edit Mode for visual adjustments. ## [File Attachments](/en/features/create/file-attachments/) File Attachments lets users upload files in the WebPros Nova prompt to give the AI additional context for building websites and web apps. Nova can summarize, extract, or reference file content. Supported formats and limits: PNG/JPEG/GIF/WebP images up to 6 MB, PDFs up to 5 MB, CSV/XML/XLSX up to 1 MB, MP4 videos up to 6 MB. The maximum is 5 files per prompt. Attach via toolbar or drag-and-drop. Do not upload credentials or PII. ## [Search Projects](/en/features/optimize/search-projects/) Search Projects is a WebPros Nova feature that lets users find and filter website and web app projects in the Your Projects section. Search by name or description; filter by Favorites or Published status. Toggle between grid view (with thumbnails) and list view using the display mode icons. ## [Preview Your Project](/en/features/design/mobile-tablet-desktop-preview/) Device Preview resizes the WebPros Nova editor canvas to simulate mobile, tablet, and desktop viewport widths for layout review before publishing a website or web app. It simulates viewport width, responsive layout reflow, typography scaling, image resizing, and navigation layout changes. It does not replicate real device hardware, touch behavior, browser-specific rendering differences (e.g., Safari on iOS), or network conditions. Use the Preview link or a real device for final cross-browser checks. ## [Performance Analytics](/en/features/optimize/performance-analytics/) Performance Analytics audits the most recently published version of a WebPros Nova project and reports four scores (0–100): Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO. Performance lab data includes LCP, CLS, FCP, TBT, and Speed Index for both desktop and mobile. Each score category lists specific issues; click Try to fix to have Nova auto-generate a remediation prompt. Requires a published website; unpublished changes are not evaluated. ## [Website Analytics](/en/features/optimize/website-analytics/) Website Analytics displays traffic data for a published WebPros Nova site: total Visits, Server Requests (total and per-visit average), Pages Viewed (total and per-visit average), and Bandwidth (total and per-visit average). A Visitors by Day bar chart visualizes traffic over the selected date range. Filter by last 7, 14, or 23 days, or set a custom date range. Analytics data is retained for 45 days maximum; older data is not available. ## [Connections](/en/features/create/connections/) WebPros Nova's Connections feature links external services to a website or web app project. Currently supports form integrations (e.g., Google Forms). Access via Manage > Connections. After connecting a service, prompt Nova to embed it on any page. Disconnecting a service removes the integration immediately. Requires a paid plan. ## [Voice to Text](/en/features/create/voice-to-text/) Voice to Text transcribes spoken dictation into the WebPros Nova prompt text box via the browser microphone, enabling hands-free website and web app prompting. Enable by clicking the microphone icon in the prompt box and granting browser microphone permission. Automatically stops after 10 seconds of silence. Review and correct transcription errors before submitting. Do not dictate passwords, API keys, or other sensitive information. ## [Website Publishing](/en/features/publish/website-publishing/) Website Publishing publishes a WebPros Nova project to a domain. Requires a paid plan. Click Publish, select or add a domain, and confirm. Each publish overwrites the live version with the current project state. To revert, use Edit Previous Prompt to restore an earlier state then republish. Domain must be registered and active; new DNS configurations can take up to 48 hours to propagate. Publishing can take several minutes for complex projects. ## [Page not found](/en/404/) Standard 404 error page shown when a requested WebPros Nova URL doesn't exist or has moved; tells the visitor to check the URL, use the site navigation, or return to the homepage. ## [Privacy Policy](/en/privacy/) The Privacy Policy explains what personal data WebPros Nova collects (basic usage analytics and information voluntarily submitted via forms or support requests), how it is used, and that data is not sold; directs users with questions to the site's contact details.
